Bedding/towels and stocked kitchen (for cooking) are included. Large wrap around balcony and floor to ceiling picture windows over look a valley basin at 7000 ft.
Note: This cabin is actually in Heber City (about 20 minutes from the 3 ski resorts). But the highly rated reviews tell me that people didn't mind the distance. For example:

Ron: Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us for my family’s last vacation! Not only was your home warm and cozy – feeling much more like a “home” rather than a “vacation property”, but it was immaculate as well! This was by far, the nicest and easiest and user-friendly home we have ever rented. We also liked the fact that your home was well stocked – from the bathrooms to the kitchen! We had plenty of room to spread out in and the kids loved the game room (the games, movies, & air hockey) while the adults chilled out in the spa after a long day of skiing....(more at the property description).

The rental home at Timberlakes was just the thing this past Christmas. My family wanted to get away from all the craziness of the city for the holiday and your home was PERFECT! It had all the amenities of home, and the setting was incredible-a true winterwonderland. We were close enough to Park City that it wasn't time consuming to go skiing and shopping. Originally we planned on eating out-since we were on vacation, but the Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the kids thought the best part was time spent together for meals...(more at the property description).
