Each resort has its own on-site lodging. It's always nice after you're done skiing to be able to go straight to your room instead of hopping on a crowded bus or having to drive yourself. Après Ski unwinding begins that much sooner! Do you want to be close to downtown? If you want to be close to all the restaurants
and shops, but also want to stay where you'll be The Canyons is the furthest from Main Street downtown (~5mi), Deer Valley is a little closer (~2mi). If you like walking or don't mind taking the free Park City bus service or have your own transportation, then the distance from downtown won't be a big deal.
