As to the bread - I wasn't aware bread was supposed to come with my meal until I came home and read the online menu (mentioned in post) which is why I didn't ask. The restaurant is owned and run by an ex-Deer Valley Resort Chef and many of the dishes use locally grown produce and meat.Why didn't you ask for the bread instead of complaining about it? It's very welcoming - darling restaurant. The servers are prompt. It's too bad that the food keeps disappointing. Nobody at our table of six took more than a couple of bites of eggs, pancakes or hashbrowns. Real butter (instead of margarine) and cleaning the grill would be a big improvement. The servers didn't seem too concerned that they were clearing full plates. We won't be back. Our Family has eaten at the Yolk three times. It’s very welcoming – darling restaurant. It was a sad day when they had to close their doors for good. The travel to Utah was an amazing story in its self, as was the restorztion of this great American Icon.
